The oak tree was already selected and felled in 2015, and the cut boards were then dried until autumn 2019. Guild master KR Schrimpl from Lower Austria then made the highest quality staves from them. Barrel builder Eder in Germany then assembled a noble barrique barrel from them, which was toasted according to the specifications of the Kiesbye Naturbrauerei.
