This Tripel is a clear, solid yellow-golden Trappist beer and through secondary fermentation in the bottle it produces a complex exciting beer that has a fruity aroma of ripe banana and a lovely delicately balanced nuanced hop nose. Soft and creamy flavours, with a lovely hoppy bitter note carried by fruit aroma, is full of finesse and elegance.And the finish is dry and long lasting like good old memories.
