Pater Lieven Blond develops a yellow colour and a fine, white head. It has malty and floral aromas that compete for attention, while a light spicy bitterness is also noticeable. The taste is sweet and slightly bitter at the same time. The aftertaste is dry and accompanied by a keen bitterness reminiscent of grapefruit.
