Pater Lieven Brune is a dark brown beer that develops a fine, stable beige foam. The aroma is reminiscent of dark chocolate with nuts, banana and raisins, sprinkled with a little cocoa powder. The taste develops a chocolate bitterness with a cocoa flavour aftertaste.
