3 Fonteinen is a spontaneously fermented beer obtained from the blend of 1, 2 and 3 years lambic that has been matured in wooden barrels. Cuvée Armand & Gaston is using lambic purely brewed at 3 Fonteinen. Unpasteurized and unfiltered, the beer matures in the bottle for about another year. A tart, lively, fruity and expressionistically complex beer with a vast array of flavour levels making every sip a celebration. Also perfect for ageing in your cellar.
