3 Fonteinen is a spontaneously fermented beer obtained from the blend of 1, 2 and 3 years lambic that has been matured in wooden barrels. Unpasteurized and unfiltered, the beer matures in the bottle for about another year. A tart and complex beer with multi flavour levels. Also perfect for ageing in your cellar.
