Hop Roulette is a series showcasing new and experimental hop varieties.
Zappa is the fifth IPA in the Hop Roulette series, using 50% Zappa and 50% Mosaic hops. Ripe citrus aroma with a touch of mint offer juicy citrus flavours which are followed by intense lemon and grapefruit peel pithyness. Aftertaste lingers with a hoppy bitter flavour.
